Camera

Whether you decide to bring your phone or a fancy DSLR camera, you’ll definitely want to be documenting all of your vacation experiences! If you’re a fan of the selfie game, don’t forget to bring your selfie stick for the best Instagram-able shots of you and your friends. And for those of you who are a little more adventurous, consider bringing your Go-Pro in order to record all of the wild activities you have planned for your trip. From water skiing to just spending time on the beach with your friends, you can rest assured that your memories will be immortalized.

Pouch of Travel-sized toiletries (with sunscreen and Aloe Vera)

Instead of having all your products take up so much space in your suitcase, it would be a good idea to get a pouch full of travel sized items for your trip. Any local drugstore carries travel-sized shampoos, conditioners, moisturizers, soaps, and even toothpaste! And most of these cost about 2$ or less. Make sure you keep all of your products in a sealable pouch so that they don’t ruin your clothes! The two most important things you should remember to pack in your pouch of travel-sized toiletries are sunscreen and Aloe Vera. You don’t want to spend your spring break unable to move because of sun burns!

Earphones

The one thing people regret bringing the most on a vacation are earphones. Imagine being on the beach, or in a plane, or even on a road trip with no music. The worst thing that could possibly happen is to be sitting next to someone who is a loud snorer! Earphones are perfect for cancelling out the bothersome noise around you. If you want to kick it up a notch, you can even bring your noise cancelling headphones! These are ideal if you’re staying in a hostel with loud roommates!

Laundry Bag

Some suitcases have separate compartments for clean and dirty clothes, but if you want to maximize your luggage space, a great idea would be to bring your own laundry bag. Not only will you get to distinguish between the clothes you’ve already worn, but it will also help to fit everything back into your suitcase at the end of your trip. Plus, it will make it easier for you to do your laundry once you get back home!

Makeup Bag

One thing any girl can’t forget to bring on a trip is her makeup bag. Now, if you’re in the sun for the majority of the day, there most likely will not be any blemishes you’ll need to cover. So it’s always a good idea to keep things light when it comes to bringing makeup on a trip. Some of these things can include nail polish to keep your fingernails and toenails looking fresh, SPF lip balm if you have a tendency of getting chapped lips, your favourite lipstick, and some eyeliner!

Bug Spray

Depending on where you’re going, it’s always a good idea to bring bug spray on a trip. Chances are, you’ll be going somewhere warm, and wherever there’s warm weather, mosquitoes always follow! One thing is certain — you don’t want to constantly have the urge to scratch your arms and legs when you’re supposed to be having the time of your life!

Books or Kindle

Just like earphones, books are a good way to help you relax while you’re lounging on your long chair on the beach. Besides, just because you’re on vacation doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be giving your brain a workout! If you find that you don’t have room to carry a whole bunch of books in your carry-on, a more efficient alternative would be to bring a Kindle!

Jewelry

You should always be prudent when it comes to bringing jewelry on your trip — you don’t want to have to worry about losing it or having it stolen. But don’t worry, that doesn’t mean that you can’t bring any of your jewelry with you! Whether you want to spruce up your look for a vacation photo shoot with your friends, or are spending a nice evening out with people you just met, you want to make sure you’ll be shining throughout the duration of your trip! So when it comes to bringing jewelry, the best idea is to pack affordable essentials. Khloé Accessories has recently come out with a Pantone Spring Earring Collection with the most popular must-have colours you should bring on your spring break vacation. Made with real crystals from Swarovski, these gorgeous earrings are sparkly and affordable, which means that you can bring as many of them on your trip as you want. From bold, to neutral, to classically timeless, you’ll never run out of gems to match your outfits!
